VIECON Unveils New Partnership Structure for Event Technology

With this expanded preferred partner model, the venue is strengthening its service offerings and providing event organizers with additional options, greater flexibility, and access to comprehensive technical expertise. The goal is to meet the growing demands of modern event formats with an even broader range of services and consistently high standards of quality and sustainability.

The selection of preferred partners was based on a comprehensive set of criteria. In addition to technical expertise, innovation, service quality, and modern technical infrastructure, the evaluation also considered the teams’ qualifications and their ability to ensure the highest levels of event and operational safety, even for demanding event formats.
The topic of “green events” was also a high priority: environmental certifications, resource-efficient processes, sustainable logistics concepts, and the organization of green meetings were factored into the evaluation, as was a long-term commitment to the responsible further development of the services offered.
Combined expertise for conferences and corporate events
STEINERLIVE has been a partner of the venue since its opening in 2004 and has extensive experience providing technical support for international conferences. The company specializes in integrated solutions in the areas of conference production, presentation management, streaming, and digital services.
